This year on International Women’s Day, 8 March 2023, we want to come together with the aim of creating more equity (in reflection of IWD’s campaign: #EmbraceEquity) in the workplace.

We want to celebrate all that our ancestors managed to change and create, but also shine a light on what we must improve today.

What can we in HR do to motivate more fairness in the employee’s journey at work? What differences can you make tomorrow that create sustainable, positive development at work?

Why do we need you in our initiative?

Only up to 5% of all companies invest enough in their staff today and continuously measure employee satisfaction at work (eNPS question) in Sweden. Employees’ health, well-being and justice must be prioritized more in the workplace NOW
